Dayton home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Dayton rose by $1,440 while total sales decreased by 83.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $359,375 - a 0.4% increase over the $357,935 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Dayton in March 2018.
