Dayton home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Dayton fell by $8,500 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000 - a 3.1% decrease over the $278,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Dayton in April 2018.

The median sales tax in Dayton for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,868, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for April 2019.
