Dayton home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Dayton rose by $23,450 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $353,450 - a 7.1% increase over the $330,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Dayton in May 2018.

The median sales tax in Dayton for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,868, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for May 2019.
