Greenfield home prices fall in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Greenfield fell by $185,750 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $299,250 - a 38.3% decrease over the $485,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Greenfield in May 2018.

The median sales tax in Greenfield for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $4,037, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for May 2019.
