Maple Plain home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Maple Plain rose by $65,100 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 35.2% increase over the $184,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Maple Plain in May 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Maple Plain for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,219, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for May 2019.
