New Hope home prices rise in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in New Hope rose by $9,000 while total sales increased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 - a 3.6% increase over the $251,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in New Hope in June 2018.

The median sales tax in New Hope for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,986, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for June 2019.
