New Hope home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in New Hope rose by $26,700 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $263,700 - a 11.3% increase over the $237,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in New Hope in July 2018.

The median sales tax in New Hope for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,986, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for July 2019.
