New Hope home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in New Hope rose by $54,900 while total sales decreased by 10.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $259,900 - a 26.8% increase over the $205,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in New Hope in September 2018.

The median sales tax in New Hope for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,986, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for September 2019.
