Dayton home prices rise in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Dayton rose by $41,250 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $460,000 - a 9.9% increase over the $418,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Dayton in January 2019.

The median sales tax in Dayton for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,868, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for January 2020.
