Plymouth home prices fall in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Plymouth fell by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 36.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,000 - a 1.4% decrease over the $355,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in Plymouth in January 2019.

The median sales tax in Plymouth for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $4,046, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for January 2020.
