Plymouth home prices rise in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Plymouth rose by $31,200 while total sales remained unchanged with 38 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $359,450 - a 9.5% increase over the $328,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Plymouth in February 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Plymouth for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $4,046, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for February 2020.
