Plymouth home prices fall in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Plymouth fell by $8,000 while total sales decreased by 26.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $354,900 - a 2.2% decrease over the $362,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 75 homes sold in Plymouth in March 2019.

The median sales tax in Plymouth for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,522, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for March 2020.
