Dayton home prices fall in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Dayton fell by $54,375 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $305,000 - a 15.1% decrease over the $359,375 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Dayton in March 2019.

The median sales tax in Dayton for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,604, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for March 2020.
