Osseo home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Osseo fell by $15,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 12 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $218,000 - a 6.6% decrease over the $233,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Osseo in the third quarter of 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Osseo for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,782, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2018.
