Rogers home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Rogers rose by $30,900 while total sales increased by 13.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $329,900 - a 10.3% increase over the $299,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Rogers in the fourth quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Rogers for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,610, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2018.
