Long Lake home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Long Lake rose by $22,500 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $307,500 - a 7.9% increase over the $285,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Long Lake in the fourth quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Long Lake for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,035, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2018.
