Long Lake home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Long Lake rose by $59,100 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $332,600 - a 21.6% increase over the $273,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Long Lake in the first quarter of 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Long Lake for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,035, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2019.
