Medina home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Medina fell by $61,213 while total sales decreased by 22.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $582,538 - a 9.5% decrease over the $643,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Medina in the second quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Medina for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $5,848, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2019.
