Champlin home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Champlin rose by $9,745 while total sales increased by 31.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 118 homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000 - a 3.7% increase over the $260,255 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 90 homes sold in Champlin in the second quarter of 2018.
