Rogers home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Rogers fell by $6,663 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $315,000 - a 2.1% decrease over the $321,663 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 72 homes sold in Rogers in the second quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Rogers for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,610, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2019.
