Rogers home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Rogers fell by $34,900 while total sales decreased by 43.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $295,000 - a 10.6% decrease over the $329,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Rogers in the fourth quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Rogers for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,610, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2019.
