Champlin home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Champlin rose by $12,550 while total sales decreased by 4.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 84 homes sold, with a median sale price of $263,800 - a 5% increase over the $251,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 88 homes sold in Champlin in the fourth quarter of 2018.
