Maple Plain home prices fall in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Maple Plain fell by $7,500 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $227,500 - a 3.2% decrease over the $235,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Maple Plain in the first quarter of 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Maple Plain for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,699, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2020.
