Brooklyn Center home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Brooklyn Center rose by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 20.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 80 homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 3.7% increase over the $202,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 101 homes sold in Brooklyn Center in the first quarter of 2019.
