Long Lake home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Long Lake rose by $19,000 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $337,750 - a 6% increase over the $318,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Long Lake in the second half of 2017.

The median sales tax in Long Lake for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,035, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2018.
