Champlin home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Champlin rose by $10,400 while total sales increased by 10.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 188 homes sold, with a median sale price of $257,500 - a 4.2% increase over the $247,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 170 homes sold in Champlin in the second half of 2017.

The median sales tax in Champlin for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,398, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2018.
