Champlin home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Champlin rose by $17,450 while total sales increased by 6.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 200 homes sold, with a median sale price of $274,950 - a 6.8% increase over the $257,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 188 homes sold in Champlin in the second half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Champlin for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,398, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2019.
