Greenfield home prices fall in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Greenfield fell by $7,500 while total sales increased by 31.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 62 homes sold, with a median sale price of $347,500 - a 2.1% decrease over the $355,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Greenfield in 2017.

The median sales tax in Greenfield for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $4,037, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for 2018.
