City of Golden Valley issued the following announcement on Jan. 15.
All skating rinks will be closed Sat, Jan 18, due to excessive snow. The warming houses at Scheid and Wesley Parks will be open Jan 18 for those using the sliding hills. All skating rinks and warming houses are scheduled to be open for regular hours Sun, Jan 19.
