City of Champlin issued the following announcement on Nov. 12.
With winter coming our way and maybe you have a recreational vehicle, like a boat or RV that needs to be stored for the season. Or maybe you are breaking out the snowmobiles for the season. For recreational vehicles you are storing for the season consider storing them off site. If you plan to store them at your residence here is what you should know.
• Recreational vehicles are permitted in backyards
• Parking alongside the garage or driveway on grass is not allowed
• Recreational vehicles are allowed on a driveway or parking pad
