Plymouth Police respond to assault at a residence June 15

The Plymouth Police Department responded to a report of an assault at approximately 4:30 a.m. Thursday, June 15 at a residence in the 400 block of Saratoga Lane in Plymouth.

Officers arrived at the scene and found an adult male with severe injuries. The male was transported to North Memorial Hospital where he subsequently died. An adult male suspect is currently in custody at Hennepin County Jail, being held on probable cause 2nd degree murder.

Due to the ongoing investigation, no other information is available for release at this time.
