Join us to plant trees in our community! This event is great for families, friends, and other small groups.

Join in for this community tree planting event through Tree Trust! They will provide hands-on training, so no experience is required to volunteer.

This planting opportunity is great for individuals, friends, families, and small groups. Children and dogs are welcome, as long as they are supervised.

You will receive an email reminder one week before the event. Registration is required.

Requirements:

  • Register – All volunteers must register for the event through Eventbrite.
  • Provided – Tree Trust provides gloves, snacks, tools, training, and trees!
  • Bring – Water for drinking.
  • Wear – Weather appropriate clothing and sturdy closed-toe shoes.

What to expect on site:

  • Arrive 15 minutes prior to the event.
  • Check in at the white Tree Trust tent to get a name tag, gloves, and assignment to a planting group.
  • Tree Trust will do a tool training and tree planting demonstration.
  • You will break into planting groups lead by our trained Branch Managers and plant trees with your team.
  • Get a head start on your training by watching our video: Plant a Tree the Tree Trust Way.
