BC AVID students won big in this year’s 2022 Giving Voice Leadership Conference through the Northwest Suburban Integration District! Below are the winners:

  • Makayda Aldrich, Touger Lor, Rovella Charles, Adrienne Sandoval, Sumaya Mohammad, Joycee Collins, Zalia Biney, and DeShaun Pongsak all placed first in the AVID Jeopardy contest.
  • Gracia Lummpio received third place for her senior essay
  • Guadalupe Garduño Garcia received first place for her college and career presentation
  • Lidia Tesfay received second place for her college and career presentation
  • Rovella Charles and DeShaun Pongsak tied for third place in the college and career presentation
